Steakhouse - gluten free

I was thinking of doing the Steakhouse for our oncoming cruise. My husband has celiac disease and has to eat gluten free. The dining room does this request just fine. Has anyone eaten gluten free in the Steakhouse? What was your experience and what did you eat?

I have celiac and have four evenings confirmed at the Steakhouse on the cruise coming up. I have always eaten at the specialty restaurants on RCI 4 - 5 nights on the past few cruises I taken. If you stick with the meat of any type make sure there is no marinade, if there is asked for no marinade....we can eat all veggies and fruits, most of the appetizers are gluten free you know what you can eat and can't. Even the french onion soup you can eat just not eat the bread inside or ask to leave the bread out. Desserts well I not have problems with cheesecake nor sherbert even ice cream not really bother me.
