Booking a hotel night before

I'm looking for information for those of you who have used last minute travel dot com.

I have noticed that you can find out which hotel it is, even though a name is not listed, by looking at hotel websites and viewing photos - match them up that way. However, I noticed that when looking at information such as distance from FLL, the information is not always accurate - from what I am seeing.

Anyone have advice on using this site? Likes/dislikes?

There are lots of hotel recommendations and information on using LMT.

 

I've heard that if you look at their site using an iPad or iPhone the hotel names are visible.

If you add a car or excursion, it will reveal the name, also using any of the LMT apps..andriod, app world, will show the name of the hotel

 

They will also tell you the name of the hotel if you call the 800# and often offer you a lower rate.

That may be expensive depending when you travel. I booked my hotel in south beach for March 16,2013 a month or so ago, now that same booking is about 50.00 dollars more so IMO the earlier the better if you care about $$$. Just look around and see what is out there.

I always use the ( fake car booking ) method to find out the hotel name. Have used LMT several times with no problems.
