I think one of the couples massage is in the Sanctuary in a cabana and the other is in the Lotus Spa itself.
wolfie2702 Posted November 9, 2012 #3 Share Posted November 9, 2012 It was a decent massage, overpriced in my opinion. They tried to sell us expensive products. At the end of the massage they told us gratuities are accepted and watch you sign the slip. I felt I was embarassed into tipping them.
mojomn Posted November 9, 2012 Author #4 Share Posted November 9, 2012 thanks for the info.... i actually found a place on the beach in aruba that offers couple's massages for less money. i think i will do that instead, the reviews are all possitive. john_galt Posted November 9, 2012 #5 Share Posted November 9, 2012 We did the couples massage on the Emerald in a cabana and it was wonderful. Very romantic and the sales pitch was low key and short. We did it again on the Crown. It was indoors and awful. My wife complained about her massage and we got the higher level sales pitch. We skipped it on the Grand and did two Ultimate Balcony Dinings instead. :) It's a coin flip...and a pricey one at that.
caribill Posted November 9, 2012 #6 Share Posted November 9, 2012 we got the higher level sales pitch. Just start out the session by saying you will deduct $1.00 from their tip for each product they try to sell you.
JEH Posted November 9, 2012 #7 Share Posted November 9, 2012 We did one last Valentine's Day and felt we were on a production line. Save your money.

cruisingiwillgo Posted November 10, 2012 #9 Share Posted November 10, 2012 DH and I have done two different couples cruises. We have always been in the same room. The first time we soaked in the special tub, but we referred it to being boiled as a lobster because the water was so hot. Besides the water, I truly enjoyed the couples massage.
