Onboard Account Balance

I prepaid money into my onboard account. Where can I see this balance before boarding? I want to make sure it's there before I go.

It may show up in your cruise info after you log in..

 

Then look under vacation summary .

Yep. That's what I had to do. They'll send you an email with the confirmation attached. Print and keep with your eDocs.

Never did show up on my vacation summary.

We have always prepaid and it has NEVER shown up on our NCL account. :( We always took proof, but never needed it as of yet. :) It faithfully shows up on our account every time. (knock on wood).
