I am having a group celebration onboard an ncl ship that goes to the island. I would like to have a private cocktail party or something on the island with my group. Has anyone ever done this? Any tips?

I think your best bet would be to rent one of the cabanas depending upon how many people are in your group. You would have a butler and servers that will provide snacks and you can also spend the credit toward additional food or beverages.
