Future Cruise Certificates

I have 2 FCC's that I bought and I now know that I will only be able to use one of them before they expire. Does anyone know if I can request a refund for the 2nd one now, or do I have to wait until it expires? I tried searching on Carnival's site but couldn't find the info that was posted when they announced that the FCC program was ending.

I would ask for it now. Once it expires, it will be too late.

The print on the right side of the certificate says: "This certificate is good for up to $200 in onboard credit, subject to to the terms and conditions printed on the reverse side. This certificate expires and has no value after... (expiration date). Red ink is my addition.

 

So don't wait until after expiration.

If you know that there is no chance that you are going to use it, then I would request a refund on it now. That was a feature that I liked about it . It was a win win deal. I just applied mine to a cruise for the spring. I am so sorry that they discontinued them.

Yes it is refundable.Just call Carnival.
