Cut off time for filling out on-line documents forms

When I click on "document forms" on RCCL website, it keeps saying, not working right now, try again later or something like that. We cruise June 5 on EOS. It was a last min booking. I've been trying every day since last Friday when I paid for it. The travel agent said we have "pier pickup".

 

I have my booking ID number.

 

Does anyone know the cut off time for filling out on-line documentation? Can RCCL do it, if I call them?

According to the RCCL website, you have until 4 days before sailing to complete the online forms.

 

Pier pickup means you will get your documents at the pier on the day you sail.:)

What is the advantage of filling out the forms online, instead of filling them out on the plane and handing them in at the pier?

 

Our TA said it was fine to do it that way.
