I've never booked one before, but did for my upcoming cruise as I booked after final payment and that was all that was left for an inside room.

 

How soon do you normally find out your room before the cruise or is it fairly normal to not find out till you get to the port?

 

It's odd for me as i'm so used to being able to choose the exact room I want.

We have always had a cabin number before the we left home .

Watch close for price drops before sailing . If you see one call for an up-grade :)

I've been watching and they actually went up $50 pp for an inside. Was surprised to see that.

I just realized its over the Spinnaker Lounge so now I'm praying the upgrade fairy calls.
