Final Payment Question

I am unsuccessfully trying to make final payment for an upcoming cruise that I booked through the Total Rewards program. Though I can see my reservation on ncl.com, I cannot find a link to making final payment. Am I missing something on the website or is online payment not allowed when booking through Total Rewards? I'm asking because I've been on hold with NCL for more than 15 minutes now (according to the timer on my phone) waiting for someone to pick up my call to accept payment. I was hoping to hang up and simply do this on line. Thanks in advance for any advice!
