Documents and OBC ?

My on board credit showed up on my documents last year but I just checked the documents again because the cruise was paid off and they are not there now. Actually, there is not even a listing section for OBC. Can I call Carnival directly to ask or do I have to have the TA do this?

If I recall correctly I think only OBC's issued by Carnival will show up on your documents~

When you go in to Manage My Cruise, not all of my OBC is showing on the first page.

 

When I go into details & click on print cruise documents, it shows up there on the 2nd page.
