My quick solution: make one up. Any 5 numbers (zip codes are like 90210 or 80716).

 

There's really nothing in the online checkin that's set in stone. Any of it can be altered/edited at the port when you check in.

I just did it the other day. I think I had a problem like that but if you enter it without the space it works.
