Catamaran and Gumbalimba Park?

It appears that NCL used to offer a Jolly Roger Catamaran and Gumblimba park excursion, but has dropped that from the offering. We visited the park on our first trip to Roatan and it's a 'must see' for my son.

Has anyone had recent experience booking directly with Jolly Roger? My worst fear is not making it back to the ship on time, so I've never gotten up the courage to book anything other than the ship-sponsored excursions.

We are sailing on the NCL Star out of New Orleans just two weeks from today and I'm wrapping up the last details.
