We have been trying to make a reservation with them for June this year, it took ages for them to initially reply to my first query, eventually replied to phone then for booking or they would ring me if I gave them my number, absolutely no response since I left my (UK) number, are they giving me the runaround, or is this normal for that company, it's expensive to ring AK from the UK.

They may be seasonal and not around at this time.

I, too, had sent a message with no reply for a while - I assumed they were out of pocket for the winter so wasn't too worried. I did get a call back from someone, but I wasn't in town. Left a voice mail on their cell phone a couple days later but haven't heard back yet.

 

Again, I'm assuming they're somewhat out of pocket still, but I know they've received my email with the date I'm interested in, so I'm just being patient.
