Is there a car rental company that can pick us up at port to take us to get a rental car? We are sailing Allure out of FLL.

Alamo has a shuttle from port to airport rental location

In 2010, this shuttle was shared by several companies, like National and Hertz (this I'm not sure), as they are located in the international airport.

 

Other smaller companies, like Sixt, have locations close to the port, and have shutlle, you just need to call them to pick you. Usually it's complimentary.

There are a few companies which have offices near the port and offer a free shuttle - Hertz, Avis, Budget, Thrifty/Dollar come to mind, may be others.
