Obstructed View Balcony Ocean Princess

I see that the Ocean Princess has some obstructed view balcony cabins at the rear of the ship. Does anyone know what the obstruction is? We are sailing in July to Ireland, Scotland out of Dover, and don't expect to be lounging out on the balcony very much. And does anyone happen to have a picture?

The balcony opening is not a full rectangle....a corner (upper and aft) of the opening is closed off. Lots of photos here to show what I mean
