Chukka Beach Break or Red Stripe Beach

One day at Falmouth. Which would you recommend and why? Chukka Beach Break or Red Stripe Beach?

Have not done Chukka Beach Break bot have done Chukka Horseback Ride two times. It was first class and wonderful.

We have done the Chukka beach break and enjoyed it. Very relaxing and nice beach. Don't walk down the beach too far as you will get hassled by vendors but in the main beach area it is no problem.

We just did Red Stripe Beach. Comfy chairs, clean washrooms, shade under trees, bucket of Red Stripe beers. You can take a long walk unharassed far down the beach. Only a 10 minute bus ride from the port. We enjoyed our time there!

Are both of these only available through a RCI excursion or can they be done independently by taking a taxi there?

Just did the Chukka Beach Break this last Weds.

 

Nice beach and very soft sand. If you don't like seaweed, perhaps consider Redstripe as you had to wade through a little bit of seaweed before being waist deep in the water.

 

That said, consider the lunch add on. The jerk chicken was pretty good!
