Drinks On Sapphire Princess

My DH and I will be on the Sapphire Princess in Sept 2013. Although I am sure there is one, I have not been able to find a list of alcoholic beverages available on board. It's not a huge deal, not huge drinkers, but when we do relax with a drink DH enjoys a nice Captain Morgan White Rum. Anyone know what rums are available on the Sapphire?

If you haven't already done so, I would suggest that you post this question on the Princess board since it is specific to the cruise line and one of their ships.
