Grand Cayman Stingray City Question

we just returned and we also used Captn Bryan. Good and bad... The ship and crew were great. We found Cptn Bryan himself to be rude. He literally yelled at my wife as she got off the boat while following intructions from a crew member. When he realized that the crew memeber had told her is was ok to get off the boat, he yelled at the crew member and never apologized to my wife. Also, the day we were there, alot of ships did not make port due to weather. We ended up waiting extra while they tried to 'drum up' more business. This extended the time of this excursion and we ended up not having any time left to do shopping afterwards as we had planned..... But again, the ship, crew and the snorkeling were great.

I agree with Gwells - we waited for 2 hours for other ships to dock before we set off the the stingrays, even though we had booked well in advance and had rushed to get to Capt Bryans on time, which meant we had no time for anything else but the stringray trip. It was good, and worth the money, but the waiting took the edge off the day for us.

We did Stingray Sand Bar with Captain

Dexter Ebanks (Fantasea Tours) on April 7 off the Caribbean Princess. He only carries 16 - 18 people, so it is not crowded. We paid $30/person and our group of 12 were the only ones on the boat. We also snorkeled on the reef which was very pretty.
