Fees and Taxes

I keep checking the price of my next cruise in december, I don't know why because if the price drops I can't do anything about it, (being in Australia). I suppose I just want to make sure I got a good price. Well I've noticed that the taxes and fees have gone down per person. I thought that would be a standard price, I didn't know that it fluctuates. It was $121.80 per person and is now $105.45 per person. Does anyone know why this would happen?:confused:

Is it related to exchange rate fluctuations where the oncharges are probably set in $US and then converted to $AU for display on our website?
