Question about FCC being applied....

I emailed my FCC and it was applied in a matter of hours but when I booked my cruise I paid in full due to timing and I see the OBC applied to my account but what about the $100 that would usually be deducted off the balance due - do they just credit the card I used for payment?

 

Just curious about how this works?

they gave me a choice, either a extra $100 OBC or a refund to my credit card. My PVP handled it. I asked for a refund.

I mailed my FCC to my TA and it was applied as a $200 OBC. I was surprised as our cruise is not paid in full yet. :confused:
