Carnival: Manage My Cruise

I get the blue screen every time ! I adjusted the Compatability View and now can at least see the home page & info. I have to hit the ALT key after it turns blue, then it's fine.

 

They told me it was a Windows 8 thing. Not impressed with this Windows 8. A lot of glitches.

I thought I was the only one having problems on their site. It has been happening for me for the past few months. It doesn't recognize my booking and I have to enter it again. I usually clear my cookies and history and it starts to work normally again.

I had that problem yesterday and couldn't print the onboard information with luggage tags. I called Carnival and the CS guys said that because I used Firefox it wouldn't work. He recommended that I install Chrome; I did and everything worded.
