Baths for Non-swimmers?

Hi everyone! I have what may be a really dumb question...

Do you need to know how to swim to visit the baths? From what I've read it seems like it is a difficult place to get to.

I don't know how to swim (AT ALL) and I'm terrified of situations where I need to be in deep/rough water. Would I have any trouble going there?

No worries, you can wade in some stpos and just follow a trail in others, nothing to worry about. I'd wear water shoes or something for the walk down and through the boulders.

Have a great day in the BVI! :)
