It looks like it docks in a really industrial area. Can you walk to anything of interest from there?

Thanks a lot for the great link. We will be there on Sat. and it is nice to see what the area looks like. It is docked at Pier 21, right? Can hardly wait--looks like the weather might cooperate!

dad son team, not it's not an industrial area. It's at Pier 21, where immigrants decades ago landed. The boardwalk begins in that area and is a nice walk around the waterfront with lots of shopping and restaurants.

 

The forecast for Saturday is sunny, temp 25 C. (approximately 80 F). Nice day for those of you here then.
