How long do I wait for a reply about price drop

Sometimes one day. Usually a couple of days. I had one that took over two weeks. It turned out be worth $150. That is why I kept at it for two weeks.

If you think it is taking too long you can e-mail guestsolutionssupport@carnival.com.

It does help if you made a screen shot of where you saw the lower rate and of the form you sent to Carnival.

Sent in for mine on Wednesday and just logged onto my Carnival account and saw a $40 decrease in my price!! No email confirmation yet though. Although, they took away my $25 on-board credit... That's ok though, still coming out on top.
