I checked in (on-line) stating birth certificate as my document because I didn't have my passport number available.

I'm bringing my passport, will that cause any problems anywhere if I leave the bc at home?

You should not have any trouble as long as you have your current passport with you. If you have any worries, bring your birth certificate as well. :)

No. I never put my passport number in or my credit card number for that matter. Too much trouble. They will scan your passport and or cc when you get there.
