Debarkation luggage service?

Does Carnival offer a service where you can check your bags in on ship and they get sent on to the airport? I thought I remember something like this on my Legend cruise a few years back. We will be debarking in Vancouver and flying back from VAN airport.

Their program is called Luggage express and is offered in their busy cities. I doubt it is offered in Vancouver(you might want to google it).
