Horseback Riding Question

I am wondering if anyone knows any good reputable horseback riding places in San Juan, Grand Turk, or St. Thomas? I am going in late July and want to explore options besides the ones offered through the cruise line. I am looking for horses that will run through the ocean if possible. Any information would be appreciated.I have tried posting in the respective islands forums and have not heard anything about this there so I figured I would try here.

I hope you are skilled at running a horse bareback because the places I know about all require you to remove the saddle before you go in the water.
