Shuttle service to POM

Does anyone know how often the shuttles run between the Miami airport car rental service center and the POM? We plan to drop off our rental at the airport and would like to know what the wait time is so we can plan our arrival time at the POM. We have FTTF. Do you need to schedule a run with the shuttle or are they on a constantly running back and forth. Thanks in advance.

We rented from Alamo and returned our car then caught the shuttle to POM. The shuttles are the big full size buses, there were several, and they run continuously. You do not have to wait for them to fill up before they leave. There were 9 of us on the entire bus. It was quick, free, and easy and I would do it again in a heartbeat!
