I was never sent any information about the ins policy, not even a emergency phone # to call. is it totally up to the purchaser to go online and get all the information we need. when i would purchase the policy for my cruises with travel guard I would get confirmation from them in the mail. does anyone have any tips for me about this. thanks so much .
