$30 pp price drop

The rate for my cruise has finally dropped below what I paid, but only $30 per person (it's a residency discount). My husband says I should go ahead and call to get the price adjustment because it'll pay for dinner in a specialty restaurant :) I feel a little silly asking for that small of an adjustment. Opinions?
