We are considering upgrading to an Aft. balcony on Deck 8. This unit is located below the Havana Bar and we are wondering if the noise level from above will be heard on Deck 8. Any comments are appreciated.

I got that call for an upgrade on the Sept 9th sailing yesterday. It was $1,000 for us from a 4J so I declined. He said it was the only cabin he had to upgrade. Guess he hasn't had any luck yet. My only thought was, wonder why this one cabin is available. Might be a cancellation, but may be because of location.
