Royal Palms food?

Does anyone know if you can order from the dinner menu during non-dinner times at Royal Palms? I would like to book one of the pool cabanas, which have a $100 food & beverage requirement. Cruise buddy is doing a ship excursion in the morning, so we will only have about two hours at RP. If we can order from the dinner menu, this won't be a problem. If not, we would need to pack a lot of booze into the two hours! :)
