How to post an attachment and where

I have a spreadsheet summary of a BLACK SEA cruise with contacts and comments. I would like to post it for anyone planning this trip for their use. How do I do that?

Depends if your using a smartphone or a PC etc.

 

Either way there should be an attach button. It's sometimes a paper clip. Click that, highlight the file you want to attach and submit.

 

Give it a go and we'll let you know if it works.

You have to open a reply box and then press "Go Advanced"

 

Then press the "paperclip" icon and another window opens

 

From there you can select the file you want to attach , but it must conform to the file size and file extension as shown on the left of the dialog box.

 

for instance .xls is not a recognised file type so you can't attach a standard Excel spread sheet

....I resaved the file as a pdf, but now I don't know where to post it. It is a spreadsheet with tons of info for a Black Sea cruise. Should I post it on the roll call (the cruise is over)?

Why not try putting it on this thread (as a trial) just to see if it works, then you can decide where it should really go and put it there as well
