Cabo ship time

Just a quick question, does Carnival not change time until AFTER Cabo? If our itinerary says we arrive at 0930, that will be 1030 local time, correct? Is it also safe to assume that if an excursion is not listed on the "Plan Activities" section of the Carnival website that I will not be kicked off of the excursion due to being a cruise ship passenger?

THanks!

I don't think it's 100% consistent. We have been on that itinerary several times and sometimes they change before Cabo and sometimes not. I think daylight savings time can influence their decision at times.
