OPEN BAR Cruise Review!! Fascination ~ 9/26/13

We are going on the Fascination Oct 11. 2014

This will be our 3rd cruise...and we have only been on the larger ships prior to this.

 

I am both nervous, and a bit enchanted by seeing a smaller, older vessel.

 

Can someone tell me their (opinions ) "best" and "worst" parts of the Fascination by comparison to others...

such as the Splendor or Magic?

For me the best part of the Fantasy Class ships is the smaller size which means smaller crowds and a more cozy experience. I also like the wrap around exterior porch around the buffet. The only odd thing is that the piano bar on the Fantasy class is down on Atlantic deck in the atrium as opposed to on the promenade on the bigger ships. This takes it off the beaten path, so not a many patrons. Probably why they relocated it on the newer ships.
