We are sailing on the Jewel Oct 20th. Will DH be able to watch his beloved Tigers that week as I am confidant they will still be in the running for the World Series then:p?

If the satellite can pick up the game, then I sure you be able to watch it. Just depends on the signal.

Typically if there is a signal, yes. May have to ask in the bar to change the station to the game,

We might be seeing you in whatever area is showing it, if they are. We sailed the Jewel on Thanksgiving in 2007 and they had the Lions game on the big screen in the atrium (sad that they lost though) so I am hopeful.

We were on the Pearl last year during the Lions and Chicago Bears Monday night game. They had it on a big screen in the atrium. Everyone was for Chicago but us. It will be good to have some Detroit fans watching.
