Vantage & Getaway fares scrapped

I have received extra OBC for my Vantage cruise that was booked in April 2012 for my cruise on Oriana in March 2014 that has since been reduced. If you didnt like the price of cruise when you booked it you shouldnt have booked it.

We booked it because we were told that if the prices went down, we would get the difference back.

Many people were mislead in this way and P&O had many complaints about that. I'm fairly sure those complaints are the reason why they have changed their sales strategy mid term.

This year they have 14 night caribbean from barbados for 999

If they are scrapping the getaway deal, do you think those prices will be no more?

:D

I think its horses for courses. A couple years back friends of ours were looking for a caribbean cruise in the run up to christmas. We founds them a Ventura cruise for two weeks in a balcony cabin at £1350 with £600 OBC.

The current deals restrict P&O, and their agents, offering such OBC deals to entice people to book.
