Parking garage shuttle at port everglades

It has come to my attention that our cruise in March may leave from Dock 2 in the north port area, but return to dock 19 in the mid port area. I know there is a shuttle between the parking garages at each area.

1. How often does the shuttle run?

2. Is it normally crowded?

3. Is it a walk from dock 19 to where the shuttle leaves from?

4. How long does the trip take?

In other words any onfo on this shuttle appreciated.

P.S. I understand that you can pay for a cab to go to the north port parking garages. Has anyone done this and what was it like?

Greetings

Same thing happened to us on a Princess cruise. There were shuttles outside the customs area that took us back to the north parking lot. They seemed to just be making the loop. It was only a few minutes ride. When we got to the curb there were 2 waiting, the 1st one was almost full so he left. We jumped on the 2nd one and after just a couple of minutes we were off.

Good Sailing

Thanks for the info, how much does it cost to park in the lot for a week?

Greetings

Current rates at the on-site garages is $15/day. The off-site parking is less expensive. There are many discussions on this board about the off-site options.

Good Sailing

Tom
