how can I get from Fort Lauderdale port to West Palm Beach airport?

Any chance there is some type of shuttle I can use? Any idea on price, it would be nearly 300 cheaper to fly our of West Palm Beach. However the cheapest flight in is into FLL believe it or not.

 

What kind of travel time should we expect?

Depends on the time of day and traffic. It is an hour to an hour and a half. I drove it at Friday rush hour last week, my friend drove it from Hollywood FL about the same time and it took her an hour and a half. There were boxes of shoes all over the road! It sure slowed traffic!

I would consider renting a car.

We had a similar situation. I looked into a shuttle service, I think it was South Florida that gave me the best rate, and it would be $100 for 4 of us. Renting a car, including taxes and a car seat, was around $50. We opted to rent a car. The base price on the car was around $30.

We're flying into PBI next week for our cruise because it's cheaper for us as well. We are taking tri-rail down to FLL though.....so much cheaper. :)

My first choice would be to rent a car. Second choice, very inexpensive but you have to schlep your luggage by yourself, would be the TriRail. (South Florida transit system) Google it.
