Entertainment on Eclipse

We cruised on the Eclipse last January....has the entertainment changed any this year or is the main show still the same one? We are cruising in February.

Good morning...the shows stay the same for multiple years.

You would have to post what shows you saw and then maybe someone

who has sailed very recently would be able to tell you if they are the

same. Otherwise, not sure how anyone can help you with the answers.

Yes please post shows you saw. If you thought they were good and how long did the show actually last? 30 min or 1 hr?? would be helpful to those going on cruise thanks

You are quoting my post but I didn't see any shows.....I was trying

to help the original poster. You need to find someone who has sailed

Eclipse recently and hopefully they can answer your questions.

I think that Hula Hips is simply echoing your request that the OP post what shows they'd seen because she too is interested.

Haven't sailed Eclipse this season yet but generally speaking, the major productions shows do not all change yearly although they may be updating a few of them each year. Half of the shows will be guest performers, or sometimes a performance by the cruise director and you won't know for certain who will be on board until you get on the cruise but a good number of these tend to repeat from year to year as well.

Most of the shows last a little less than an hour.

For those interested, I have copies of a set of daily programs from the Eclipse's 14 night Caribbean sailing last March here:

http://lfsimon.home.comcast.net/~lfsimon/Celebrity-Today-Eclipse-March-9-2013-Captains-Club.pdf

Perhaps someone who has returned from the last cruise can compare this to the shows they saw and comment.

Keep in mind that the second Caribbean sailing of the season is now underway and won't return, until next weekend, so there are not too many people with experience from this season's sailings yet.
