So it always sounds nice as if the CC M&G gets some special direct access to the officers other guests don't it is just not true. Unfortunately, it sounds as if many didn't get their numbers that way either. It always helps to contact the correct people first. Standing in the long line at customer service will not get most things corrected/fixed. Whatever works for you is fine, but from what I'm reading, what most people did didn't work for them.
