Norwegian Breakaway Concerns

My boyfriend and 11 year old son are sailing on the Norwegian Breakaway in April 2014, we are headed to the bahamas. I am concerned as I have been reading both negative and positive reviews of this ship. Is anyone on here going and have you been on this ship before? In September 2013 I cruised with Royal Caribbean and had an amazing time, we decided this time to leave from NYC as that's only 4 hours from where I live, thus the reasoning for using Norwegian. Any help would be great.

All cruise ships have a range of positive and negative reviews. You'll have a fine time. Is there something specific mentioned that is worrying you so much?

Cruised on her Twice once in September and October. We Loved it. We are also going on April 6th. We've done this itinerary before and are not that crazy about it, but love the ship she's the whole reason for this trip.
