New Cruise Lines In Baltimore???

This is pure speculation but might there be an issue with the draft of the vessel as well as the height? Again, this is speculation only as I am not familiar with the depth of the Bay and the associated ships that sail in it.

I don't think this would be a problem. Most of the Bay is pretty deep -- up to 100 feet. And in the shallower parts, they're careful to maintain a shipping channel into the Port of Baltimore for all the freighters that come here. To my knowledge, the channel is at least 40 feet deep, which -- again to the best of my knowledge -- is deeper than the draft of any cruise ship.
