Travel Girl TX Posted January 17, 2014 #3 Share Posted January 17, 2014 Yes, they're still doing the luggage storage. We used the service on January 4.

PDC Posted January 17, 2014 #5 Share Posted January 17, 2014 Is it easy to walk there from the pier? It seems like a walk and like it is mostly up hill.

RCCL and X use the Pan American pier which is quite a distance.
Snorkel Dawg Posted January 21, 2014 #7 Share Posted January 21, 2014 Have a Pina Colada while there, supposedly it's the birthplace of the drink. True or not, they make an absolutly wonderful Pina Colada!

I heard that the Pan American is not close but i was referring that it looks like a walk with luggage from the OSJ pier up hill? I heard that was at the Caribe Hilton..LOL
needabreakcanada Posted February 2, 2014 #9 Share Posted February 2, 2014 Is it put in a locked room or just left out in the open? We used a very reputable hotel once and they just left it out on the floor by the concierge - I was shocked! Thanks,
Engine643 Posted February 2, 2014 #10 Share Posted February 2, 2014 (edited) Our group of 14 just used Barrachina last Sunday. They have a room that is connected to the main dining room and they have an employee that watches all of the luggage. Also you get a slip with the amount of luggage that you leave there. I would estimate that there was over 100 pieces of luggage there. We received all of our bags but I suppose it would be possible for someone to accidentally take someone else's bag. We also ate lunch here and was very good, however it did take awhile to receive our food. If in Puerto Rico I would not hesitate to use them again.
