Hair Braider's?

Does anyone know if there are good hair braider's near the port? Grand Turk is my first stop of my cruise and want to get my hair done asap

I don't recall seeing anyone that braided hair.

Have been to GT at least 7x, and could never find a hair braider for my dd's hair! If this is your first stop, I wouldn't worry - most of the other islands (Coz, Nassau, GC, etc.) have braiders if you are going to any of them. In fact, the "later" you get your hair done, the less frizzies you will have as you get the braids wet swimming, showering, etc! P.S. -- bring your own comb for sanitary reasons. You don't want to carry any visitors home!!

My wife gets her hair braided during every visit to Grand Turk.

You can locate them on the beach between the cruise terminal

and Jack's Shack. Slightly closer to the terminal.

 

I'm not sure of the name of the place, but they always have a lot

of massage tables set up as well. When you get on the beach there

are many locals you'll be able to ask. Most of the time my wife is

approached by a hair braider before reaching their establishment.

Great to know! I have never walked that far down the beach - will try them next time we go to GT!
