(assuming the pricing stays the same) Either way we will enjoy the cruise but moving from an inside to an outside would be better. Have you checked the pricing on a balcony cabin? If the pricing is a lot different then maybe you could upgrade to a balcony cabin for a small fee if it is low enough. But I guess it is human nature to get upset when you book and prices go down. But hopefully you will forget about it after the cruise.
