Princess Alaska Lodges ?????

You can stay in them independently. In 2001 I called each of the lodges for rates to see if it was worth going through Princess. I think they are actually listed in the AAA tourbook for Alaska. They weren't cheap, but they weren't out of line either. If I recall they were in the $200 range. In any event we ended up doing a cruisetour through Princess because we were going in May and were nervous the weather might be bad. DH didn't want to be schlepping luggage and driving a rental car on unfamiliar roads in rainy weather. We loved the cruisetour and particularly enjoyed the Kenai Peninsula and Mount McKinley Lodges.

Thanks for the link Theresa, I haven't see this site before!

North to Alaska in 44 days :D Can't wait.

Sharon - I wish I was going with you. We are going on 8 weeks of 90 - 105 degree temps! I am wishing that I actually lived in Alaska for our summers!
