Can Anyone Rec. a Shady beach or a beach resort with AC?

Hi! My family (husband, myself and our 7 month old) will be going on the Carnival Magic at the end of the month. Are there any recommendations for a beautiful beach with shade or AC so we can take the baby in there from time to time? What about where we can rent an umbrella?

 

This will be my 5th time in Cozumel but have always just done shopping on our own or the twister boat. We would like to see the beach this time :)

For quiet, relaxing, uncrowded all-inclusive (food and drinks) beach club with lots of shade plus a covered restaurant seating area with several ceiling fans check out Nachi Cocom.

 

For a large, pay-as-you-go beach club with lots of shade/umbrellas, great facilities, a huge pool and good food/drinks/service check out Paradise Beach.

 

Both will be about a $16-17 cab ride each way -- I'd tip the driver a little extra to make up for the time spent installing and uninstalling the car seat.
