We flew in Friday morning . Stayed at the Days Inn in Hollywood .( Out dated place small ! )About us we are from N.J. 51 myself and my boyfriend Paul is 53 Saturday morning got to the port about 11:00 We did get the Royal Refreshment Package Which worked out great . At 11:45 we were in Hoof & Claw Pub with a strawberry Daiquiri nice place to start out .We ate lunch in the windjammer then found swings on deck 11 sat there and just relaxed before the safety drill at 4 . We found another bar and tried the pineapple blast( redbull and pineapple juice ) great drink. Great drink for the week . Then dinner at 6 in the main dining room deck 5 The food was very good I really enjoyed all my meals this week . Paul tried the salmon for the first time very good . We had a table for 2 all week . I would have liked a table with other people we always meet great people on cruises. I then went into the hot tub after dinner then turned in to bed. Paul went to the Connoisseur club for a cigar after dinner We enjoyed breakfast on the balcony day 2 sea day and I found a chair by the pool to relax for the day . Chair hogs were out of control towels are all over the ship all week .We also saw the Ice Show today very good . The service to get a drink sucks . We enjoyed a nice dinner then to the show Up in the Air great show the weather turned bad and very windy 61 mph winds on deck. The 2nd show was cancelled due to the winds very rough seas .

Belize day 3 We booked the river, cave, land rover tour thru the ship . The tour was ok The pictures of the land rover looked big. Like 15-20 people fit into the truck but when we arrived there was a very old Land Rover that fit 6 people . I got to drive the truck (right hand drive manual) The roads were very rough to say the least. One of the trucks broke down so we took on another 3 people, tight fit. The caves where very small you had to crawl though holes and get down on your knees to make it into one area. I will not do this again. The river tour was nice we saw alot of lizards and a couple of crocs . Then back to the ship.

Cozumel Day 4 we booked the ATV beach tour . We had a blast I never drove a ATV before so this was fun. Great guides Cozumel was a fun place After the ATV we went to the Ocean VIP beach club and had a nice Mexican meal and some more daiquiris Then I did snorkeling there then back to the port to do some shopping !! I would go back to Cozumel again ! We had dinner at Johnny Rockets we had to wait a very long time for our food . The waitress keep coming over and saying oh there having problems behind the counter The worker are not happy there you can see the issues all night long The order was wrong but I just wanted to get out of there.

Day 5 sea day I just hang out by the pool and relaxed. Tonight we ate at Portofino's I had the seafood skewer with lobster, shrimp ,scallops and salmon it very good. The dessert was wonderful . Paul had the filet mignon it was very good . Tonight Saturday Night Fever was the production show it was wonderful very good dancing and singing .

Disembarkation was a breeze . We were off the ship by 9:30 no problems I would recommend the liberty of the seas to all, very nice ship .

We are going on liberty at the end of April & we do not know what to do in Cozumel. We would like to just relax Oma beach somewhere. Any suggestions? Also, we thinking about going on the tropical island getaway in water caye. Has anyone done that? Thanks!

We really enjoyed the Money Bar beach in Cozumel. Food and drink was good. Snorkeling very good. Short taxi ride from pier. We got there around 10:30 and had no trouble getting a couple of loungers (no charge).

We did MTD for the first time On our January Liberty cruise. Although we really enjoyed it and especially liked the flexibility, we were a little confused by some aspects. Although, we asked for a large table (we like meeting others this way, too) we were seated at a table for 2 every night except one. On that night we were seated in an entirely different area with a large group. At our table for two, we also always had the same wait staff (we like this). We also were told by fellow cruisers that if we had an 8:00pm reservation, we could go anytime after 8. This didn't seem right to us, so we went at our reservation time every night!??
