Help with pricing

I am looking at a cruise that on the search results page says that there is $124.32 in taxes, fees and port charges. When I go the the price summary during booking there are two more fees-- TIAC $98.00 and TIAS $7.00.

 

Does anyone know what these fees are and why are they not mentioned on the results page?

Don't know but if I book directly with RCL why should I pay "commission"

Canada is set up exactly the same as the US in regards to Royals website except he pricing is on CDN$.
